At The Victorian Golf Course Superintendents Association meeting at Rosebud Country Golf Club on Tuesday 7 June, Guy Chapple, Director of WellPlayed, provided education to assist attendees plan for their transition into more senior roles.

The contemporary golf course superintendent and sports turf manager must possess a broad range of skills, knowledge and abilities (competencies) to effectively, efficiently and safely fulfil the complex job requirements.
